The event regularly organize every 2 years. The competitiors need to cook for 3 days and 5 module. I 5ike this chalenges cooking like iron chef. From cold presentation until dessert presentation. Module 1 Cold presentation canape, 3 type of canapes 10 each within 3 hours working. Module 2 Seafood entree for 4 portion, serve hot. Module 3 Main Dished Duck for 4 portion. Dessert Platter 3 type each and 10 portion. Module 5 Black box 3 course 3 hours preparation for 4 portion.
Overal Malaysia standing very sad ad the last from all asean countries. Impact the first module our competitior not deliver or present because of not finish. Overal champion for Bangkok second also Bangkok 3rd is Vietnam.
